One of my favorites because the context is well thought out. They had a choice of listing houses first but they've given you one choice: search.

Straight forward with who and what they are by breaking it up with three nicely designed icons. Perfectly sized to give you more ways to dig deeper into their mobile site.

Presented with their branding to recognize who they are followed by intro text just in case you don't.
Batali
A unique use of the grid for the small screen. Something not many people try to attempt is done well here. A two column grid layout.
Geeksquad
It's always nice to see large corporations make the effort to go mobile. They've done a great job at giving you a primary navigation of helpful tasks that you might need on the go.
Hotel Monterilla
Perfectly sized for the mobile screen, you're given a photography to give you an emotional response while giving you a few choices to dig deeper.
Keypoint
A unique use of the navigation...not in style but in hierarchal purposes. It's a typical nav where "Info" is the homepage. While "info" is the only page of its type, they've done a great job at showing you other possible actions.
Meuguia
A typical iPhone styled navigational list but given beautiful whitespace and contrast.
NewsWeek
Newsweek posts tons of content on a daily basis. They've done a great job at narrowing down what content they show by default, but allowing you an easily accessible way to switch sections.
one Crimson Splash
Nice use of the default iPhone user interface but with a twist. This website shows good use of typography and contrast for the mobile web.
Pixel Umbrella
We see homepage JavaScript carousels all the time on the desktop but not when on the mobile web.
Travelocity
Understanding that users are on the go and their context is important shows that Travelocity knew what they were doing when designing their mobile experience.
Sundance
Sundance has done a great job at translating their desktop experience ot their mobile experience. There are so many design styles they've reused or adapted to fit the mobile screen. Pay close attention.
